What is ULN2004A?

The ULN2002A, ULN2003A and ULN2004A are high voltage, high current Darlington arrays each containing seven open collector common emitter pairs. These devices are capable of driving a wide range of loads including solenoids, relays, DC motors, LED displays, filament lamps, thermal print-heads and high-power buffers.

How does a ULN2003 work?

The ULN2003 is a 16-pin IC. It has seven Darlington Pairs inside, where each can drive loads up to 50V and 500mA. This is because when the input pin of the IC gets high the respective output pin will get connected to ground. So when the negative terminal of the LED is grounded it completes the circuit and thus glows.

How does ULN2003 work?

Is the uln2003lv a low voltage transistor?

The ULN2003LV is a low-voltage and low power 1• 7-Channel High Current Sink Drivers upgrade ofTI’s popular ULN2003 family 7-channel • Supports up to 8V Ouput Pullup Voltage Darlington transistor array.

What are the features of the uln2003lv relay and driver?

The ULN2003LV sink • Supports a Wide Range of 3V-to-5V Relay and driver features 7 low output impedance drivers to Inductive Coils support low voltage relay and inductive coil • Low Output VOL of 0.4V (Typical) With applications.

How does the ULN2003 stepper motor driver work?

The ULN2003 stepper motor driver PCB provides a direct drive interface between your microcontroller and stepper motor. The PCB provides 4 inputs for connection to your microcontroller, power supply connection for the stepper motor voltage, and ON/OFF jumper, a direct connect stepper motor header and 4 LEDs to indicate stepping state.

Are there suppression diodes in the ULN2003?

Each channel 600mA. Suppression diodes are included for induc- the outputs to simplify board layout. heads and high power buffers. leadframe to reduce thermal resistance. They are ULN2001D/2002D/2003D/2004D.
