Does save our sleep routine work?

Worked incredibly well for my baby After a couple of weeks it seemed like my baby was settling into a routine so I gave Save our sleep another go. My baby first slept from 7-7 at 8 weeks old! This was inclusive if a 10pm dream feed. Yes, i even have to wake her up at 7am and after her day sleeps.

Is Save Our Sleep controlled crying?

In the book, Tizzie continually says that she does not advocate controlled crying nor does she recommend anyone leaving a baby crying an emotional cry (tears, sobbing etc). Used Tizzie Hall’s routines as a rough guideline for DS and altho i don’t agree with everything in the book, it has helped with Ds’s sleep.

Is Tizzie Hall qualified?
