Can you breed Pokémon in Gen 3?

In Generations III and IV, Abilities could not be inherited by breeding. Since Generation V, it has been possible for female Pokémon to pass down their Ability. In Pokémon Black and White, if a female Pokémon has its Hidden Ability and is bred with a male Pokémon, it has a 60% chance of passing it down.

Can you breed with Ditto in Gen 3?
