Are lacewing Bugs harmful?

The bug is a predator that feeds mainly on aphids and soft-bodied insects such as caterpillars, mealybugs and whiteflies. The insects are truly harmful only to tiny prey, but you could experience a painful bite from time to time if you have lacewings in your garden.

Do lacewings bite humans?

How do I get rid of lacewings?

Apply a low-toxicity insecticide, such as horticultural oil or insecticidal soap, to the entire plant. Fully cover the plant, as these insecticides kill pests on contact but typically leave natural enemies undisturbed. Reapply once every two weeks until the problem has subsided.

Is lacewing a predator?

Are thrips itchy?
