Recommended Level: 60 There are two key strategies against Rom that will mean the difference between a hard fight and a mildly difficult one.
What damage does ROM?
Rom takes damage during teleportation, so use strong attacks (R2) for additional damage. Boss teleports 2 times after taking enough damage, also kill the smaller spiders first as they have the ability to catch you in a stunlock that will kill you most of the time.
Who is Darkbeast Paarl?
Darkbeast Paarl is a minor antagonist and optional boss in Bloodborne. Much like the rest of the Beasts fought within Yharnam, this creature was once a human that succumbed to the Scourge Plague. A stronger version called the Loran Darkbeast can be fought within the Chalice Dungeons.

Do Roms spiders Respawn?
After 175 hours and 3 characters I just realized Rom’s spiders that she spawns during her boss fights don’t respawn infinitely. She simply spawns a set number each time she teleports away.
Is Rom, the Vacuous Spider optional?
Rom, the Vacuous Spider was the eight boss for us in Bloodborne. Rom, unlike many other bosses, is not optional and you have to kill it in order to progress with the story. This area is accessible once you kill another boss – Shadows of Yharnam in Forbidden Woods.
How do you summon Henryk?
Henryk can be summoned at two locations in the Forbidden Woods and Byrgenwerth, both spots near the area’s boss location, but you must meet two requirements.
- First, you have to kill Henryk at the Tomb of Oedon.
- You also need to be a member of The League and have equipped the Caryll Rune “Impurity.”
Are great ones kin?
Notes. Great Ones are not Kin, but Kin can become so large and powerful, that in-game they might be recognized as such, by the NPCs or folk of the land.
Should I killed Iosefka before rom?
Ensure you do not kill off Iosefka or turn her hostile (by entering her inner sanctum or attacking her front door) before you complete the Rom, the Vacuous Spider boss battle. Return to the clinic after Rom is dead and the Blood Moon has risen to find Iosefka passive and defenceless on a gurney.
Is ROM easy?
