How does StubHub instant delivery work?

When listing on StubHub, you can pre-deliver Electronic (PDF) and some Mobile tickets if you have them in hand. Doing this turns the listing into an Instant download (PDF) or Mobile – Instant ticket. This means if they sell, they’re automatically sent to the buyer.

Are StubHub instant download tickets reliable?

Overall, StubHub is fairly reliable, but this depends on how your tickets are delivered. If you can download your tickets right from StubHub, then it’s very reliable. If you need to get them over email, it’s a little less reliable. If you have to have your tickets shipped to you, then things start to get iffy.

Mobile Tickets can’t be shared or used on more than one device.

What does instant download tickets mean?

Tickets designated as “Instant Download” will be delivered to you via email, typically within a few minutes after your order is confirmed. Similarly, tickets labeled “Email Delivery” will also be delivered via email, but may not be available immediately.

Why do stubhub pay after the event?

Re: Payment after event Stubhub changed the method of paying sellers last March from paying on delivery to paying sellers 5-8 business days after the event occurs. This way if an event ends up being cancelled they dont have to claw back money from sellers.
