How do you undo a Cross pen?

- Be sure the pen tip is retracted by twisting the cap.
- Unscrew or pull the cap to remove it from the pen’s barrel.
- Remove the existing refill by unscrewing the piece at the top.
- Insert a new refill (remove the tip cover first if there is one) and screw it in place.
- Replace the cap with a push or twist.
