Q-See, while going out of business, has discontinued all of their apps and PC software. This affects all customers who relied on remote viewing to keep an eye on their property or business. We offer remote viewing apps and PC software free of charge with the purchase of our security camera recorders.

Q-See is going out of business effective January 31st, 2021. The once mega-budget surveillance provider may cause significant problems in how it is being shut down.
How do you reset Q-See HD?
Press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds in order to reset the camera to its original factory settings. Q-See is always here to answer your questions and take your valued suggestions.
Will Q-see cameras work with other DVRs?
What Cameras are Compatible with QSEE DVRs? For most QSEE DVRs, our Viewtron BNC cameras work great as replacement QSEE cameras. Our Viewtron hybrid BNC DVRs work with just about every model QSEE camera. Customers love the remote camera viewing software that is included with Viewtron DVRs and NVRs.
How do I unlock my Q-See DVR?
The only way to unlock a Q-See DVR is with the assistance of Q-See Customer Service. The DVR must be registered on the Q-See site first, then they will assist. Q-See Customer Support can be contacted via the web page below. Note: This is a moving target and changes from time to time.
