Amon is the mysterious leader of the underground Equalist revolution and is the main antagonist of Book 1: Air. He wears a mask to conceal his face, burned by a group of firebenders (or so he claims). He is a nimble, stealthy fighter who shows no fear even against the highest-level bender.
