Who is Roche in Witcher 2?
Roche was the leader of the Blue Stripes – King Foltest’s special forces – renowned, among other things, for battling the Scoia’tael and quelling many a rebellious nonhuman community. It was under his command that the unit rose to fame. Vernon earned Foltest’s favor and trust through his deeds.
Should I join Roche or Iorveth?
Honestly, go with either one. There is no right answer, that’s the best part about the choice. Roche is a good man, but his prejudice, while the result of his profession, does muddy the waters of whether or not all of his decisions are made for the right reasons.

That makes Anais, the older of the two, the true heir to Foltest’s throne. She is captured and held by Henselt’s forces at a Kaedweni camp, and should you choose to rescue her, you must again make a choice, handing her over either to Redania or to Temeria.

Is Anais still with Ruben?
Yes, Anais is married to her husband Ruben Brito, and that too for a very long time now. The duo has been together for almost 15 years now. Martinez and her husband appeared on the show Love & Hip-Hop, where fans got a closer look into their marriage.
Which is better Iorveth or Roche in Witcher 3?
Biggest shame of all is that in the Witcher 3 Iorveth is totally absent regardless of importing your save or not, meanwhile Roche has 2 quest lines The Iorveth path was way more interesting than the Vernon Roche path, for me anyway. Although I went with Iorveth I actually really like your reasoning.
What’s the difference between Roche and Iorveth?
Roche on the other hand is not ruled by hatred the same way Iorveth is. He is doing his job. He never (so far in the game, at least) expresses dislike for any innocent non-humans. His problem with the scoia’tael is not that they are non-humans, it is that they are bandits and terrorists, no matter their race.

Why did Vernon name his horse Roche in Witcher 3?
Gotta side with Vernon Roche, he’s my boy. Before I read the books I had thought he named his horse Roche (and not Roach) in Witcher 3 because he liked him so much (or maybe just meant it as a slightly humourous insult). Can’t wait to see what he’s been up to since the events of Assassins of Kings, if he even shows up.
