How do I get BIOS on pSX emulator?

- Extract the BIOS from its zip file. Drag “Scph1001.bin” to pSX’s BIOS folder, as shown below:
- Open pSX. Go to File > Configuration, as shown below:
- Click on the BIOS tab. Then click the “…” button (shown below). Select the “Scph1001.
- Click OK. Then close pSX.

Try SCPH-5501.bin SCPH-5502.bin SCPH-5503.bin .you can find them easily on internet . Put them on ux0: data/retroarch/system yes it worked with other version, no more error message! but the game “bloody roar2” still have massive laggs… Most likely MD5 checksum doesn’t match. Try finding other BIOS files and make sure you name them properly
What does it mean when BIOS is not found on retropie?
If so, it means you’re mounting on the RetroPie folder – just like me, so I know the set up. It means your BIOS folder is currently in the SD card, but you’re mounting over it. You could certainly create a new folder on your USB drive, but the standard BIOS folder will usually already have some required BIOS files there.
How can I get my BIOS to work?
You have to make sure that the .bin files you are uploading have lowercase letters and their MD5 checksum are correct. Once the checksums are similar, you can just rename the .bin files. This was how I got my BIOS working last night. Transfer by sftp or any other means to get to that folder. Bios names don’t need to be in caps.
